Terms and Conditions of Use club33

Introduction

Welcome to club33. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and club33 ("Company", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services offered by club33.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "I Agree" button, or simply using any part of the club33 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

Club33 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by providing reasonable notice to members via registered email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirements

The club33 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. club33 reserves the right to request age verification at any time, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with no refund of any remaining balance.

1.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at club33. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If club33 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual or using similar information, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and any winnings obtained may be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, ID number, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. club33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary.

1.4 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. club33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact club33 support immediately.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1 Deposit Methods

Club33 accepts a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia members, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All deposits are processed using secure SSL encryption and are finalised promptly.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page for each payment method.
• Club33 does not charge any fees for deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for entertainment purposes within the club33 platform.
• Each deposit must be made using a bank account or payment method registered in the same member's name.

2.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals will be processed once all wagering requirements have been met and KYC verification is complete. club33 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or payment method used for the original deposit.
• Club33 reserves the right to withhold suspicious withdrawals for further investigation.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as specified on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time.

2.3 Inactive Funds

Accounts showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly administration fee may be applied to inactive accounts after that period. Please contact our support team to reactivate your account.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by club33 are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn.

• Received bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be removed automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per newly registered account.
• Club33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through illegitimate means, fraud, or breach of terms.

3.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Club33 has an active monitoring system to detect bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, multiple accounts, or other methods contrary to the spirit of a promotion is prohibited and may result in account closure without return of balance.

4. Game Rules

4.1 Game Integrity

All games on the club33 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by recognized independent third-party auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including club33 itself.

4.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or internet disconnection during an active game, club33 will endeavour to restore the game state to the last position recorded by the server. However, club33 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.

4.3 Maximum Wins

Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or promotions. These limits will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms or game description. club33 reserves the right to cap winnings payouts in exceptional cases at our discretion.

4.4 Third-Party Software Prohibited

The use of assistance software, automated betting systems, bots, or any other technological tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited on the club33 platform. Violations will result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure.

5. Account Closure & Suspension

5.1 Closure by Member

You may close your club33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete.

5.2 Closure by club33

Club33 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or suspected criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of multiple accounts or account sharing.
• Abuse of club33 bonuses or promotions.
• Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward club33 support staff.

5.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to take a break from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through club33 support. Requests will be processed within 24 hours, and your account will remain inaccessible for the duration specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

Club33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Club33's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limit applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the club33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of club33 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.

You may not copy, distribute, display, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the club33 platform without prior written consent from club33. The club33 name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.

8. Amendments to Terms

Club33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the club33 platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to club33's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules.

You agree that any legal action or proceedings related to the club33 platform will be conducted exclusively in the jurisdiction designated by club33, and you hereby waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and club33 regarding your use of this platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
